For as long as I can remember, I’ve been creating. If there’s an art form I could get my hands on, you bet I was trying it out! Art has always been a prominent part of my life and I’ve always pushed myself to keep growing and finding my niche, Working with yarn and glass allows me to work with two mediums that both require a level of delicate attention and craftsmanship. Being a mostly self-taught artist, (with stained glass exempt) it’s taken a lot of trial and error to find what works for me and how to pursue my passion as a career.

Stained glass has been in my family for generations, with my grandmother and great aunt having had their own business years ago. My gramma has always been such a huge artistic inspiration and influence and I’m so thankful to call her my mentor. She has so graciously passed on her knowledge of stained glass and the love that comes with it, allowing me to now share that love with you in the form of my art.

When it comes to my fiber work, I aim for fun and functional. Crochet has been an outlet for years, but once I came up with my Mushroom Sensory/Fidget toy, I switched gears. Coming from a neurodivergent family, this was something that was helpful for myself and I wanted to share that with others. Wearables are made with natural fibers such as wool or cotton because I want my items to have quality and longevity of life, just like the craft.
